You get: the map, the three changes worth making with what each is worth per year, and a 30-day list of things you can fix yourself without paying me another penny. If you want, I'll also enquire with your firm as a customer would, before I arrive, and show you what happened.

If I don't find at least £10,000 a year of recoverable time and lost jobs, the walkthrough is free. And if you go ahead with a build, the £600 comes off the bill.

Whatever the walkthrough proved: quotes out the same day, nothing typed in twice, every live job on one screen. We write the acceptance test together first, in plain English. You pay 30% to start. The balance is only due when you watch the system pass that test on your own real jobs, inside 30 days. If it doesn't pass, you keep the system and you don't pay the balance.

Support, changes as your process changes, and once a quarter I test your front door as a customer again and tell you what's slipped.

This is not for firms under about ten people, anyone after a cheap website, or anyone who wants AI sprinkled on a process that is broken underneath. If that is you, I will say so on the call and save us both the morning.

What if you find nothing worth fixing?
Then I put that in writing, the walkthrough is free, and you have lost half a day. That is the deal.
What is the catch on the balance payment?
There is not one. We write the test together before I build anything. If the system does not pass it on your real jobs inside 30 days, you keep the system and you keep the balance.
How much of my team's time do you need?
Half a day from the people who handle quotes and job paperwork. I sit with them while they work. Nobody prepares anything for me.
Do I need new computers or software licences?
Almost never. I build around what you already run. If something genuinely needs buying, it is in the fixed price and agreed before you commit.
Is this AI?
Where it helps, yes, and only after the process itself is fixed. You will never be handed a chatbot and a licence fee and wished good luck.
