Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Quezzies website and engineering services provided by Quezzies Ltd. By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

Engagements

Engineering engagements (including the Launch-Blocker Sprint) are fixed in scope by a written acceptance test agreed before work begins, are payable in advance, and cover one repository and one defined outcome per engagement. Delivered work includes the stated defect-correction period and nothing beyond it unless agreed in writing. We may decline any engagement that cannot be given a concrete acceptance test.

Guarantee and refunds

Where an engagement is sold with a pass-or-refund guarantee, the following applies: if the written acceptance test agreed before the engagement does not pass within the stated delivery period, you are entitled to a full refund of the engagement fee, issued to the original payment method, and you keep all work committed to your repository up to that point. The guarantee is assessed solely against the agreed acceptance test. It does not apply where the test cannot be run because access, credentials or approvals you are responsible for were not provided, or where the scope was changed after agreement without a revised test agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that you are entitled to grant us access to any repository, systems and data you provide, and you remain responsible for your own backups, releases and production decisions. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site.

Intellectual property

Work delivered into your repository under a paid engagement belongs to you on payment in full. Quezzies retains its own pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. All site content is owned by Quezzies Ltd or its licensors.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quezzies' total liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement concerned, and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
