Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quezzies Ltd (“Quezzies”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and engineering services.
Data we collect
Contact details and project information you submit through our forms (name, email, product links, a description of your problem), payment records processed by Stripe, and technical data such as log and usage records.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engineering engagements, take payment, operate and improve the service, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device for analytics. We use PostHog to count page views and measure which pages lead to enquiries, configured so that no identifier is written to your browser: analytics state is held in memory for the current page only and is discarded when you leave. That means we cannot recognise you across visits and do not build a profile of you. Session recording is disabled, and we do not automatically capture what you click or type. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent banner is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Lawful basis & retention
We process data on the basis of contract, legitimate interest and legal obligation, and retain it only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Your rights
Subject to UK GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to processing. Contact louis@quezzies.com.
